Gel Knee Crutch Pad

The SmartGuard Gel Knee Crutch Pad, 17" x 11" x 0.25", is a protective gel positioner placed between a patient's leg and the hard surface of a knee crutch during surgical positioning, avoiding direct contact that could cause pressure injuries. It acts as a barrier to minimize the risk of forces that can damage tissue, particularly during prolonged positioning. It is commonly used in the lithotomy position, with the legs elevated, and can also be used between the knees in the lateral position or under the sacrum in.
