Gel Contoured Armboard

The SmartGuard Contoured Armboard gel, sized at 20”L x 5.75”W x 2.25”H, is used in surgical procedures to cradle and support a patient's arm when it's placed on an armboard, keeping the arm stable to help prevent it from rolling or dropping off the armboard. This stable positioning also improves surgical access and workflow. It helps to distribute pressure evenly across the arm's contours to reduce peak pressures and shield sensitive areas, including nerves, from compression or stretch injuries during prolonged procedures. They are engineered to improve comfort, safety, and surgical efficiency.
