The SmartGuard Full Length Table Gel Overlay (GELFT), sized at 72”L x 20”W x 0.5”H, is designed to cover the entire length of a patient's body on the OR table surface. It provides a smooth, even surface for positioning patients and delivers pressure redistribution in a variety of surgical procedures. The full-length table overlay matches the table's width and length to ensure no gaps where pressure could concentrate and is protective while enhancing a patient's comfort during procedures.

Key advantages include:

  • Gel positioners maintain shape under the patient's weight to provide a more consistent support surface and pressure distribution compared to foam positioners.

  • No-slip backing

  • Radiolucent, latex-free gel maintains imaging clarity and patient safety.

  • OR-durable reuse: Recommended to be used with AMD's impervious table cover for infection control benefits but can be used without. Should be cleaned & disinfected with hospital-approved alcohol-free disinfectants after every use.
